An overview into our one-to-one online coaching

WEEKLY COACHING WITH 4ZA PERFORMANCE

CHOOSING A COACH FOR POWERLIFTING CAN BE A DIFFICULT DECISION. THIS WILL PROVIDE AN OVERVIEW OF HOW OUR WEEKLY COACHING WORKS WITH 4ZA PERFORMANCE 

We pride ourselves on being a comprehensive coaching service with attention to detail. Whether it be programming, technical analysis, movement preparation, game day handling or a general chat. With over 7 years of coaching experience, gaining a wealth of knowledge, we provide a weekly coaching service to take your training to the next level. We have worked with a variety of lifters spanning from beginner to international podium finishers.

Our coaching service ideology works on a collaborative basis. We want to recruit and work with athletes who are willing to develop their own knowledge and understanding of their training. With the goal for them to being more autonomous over time. We ask for committed, passionate individuals who are open to a training methodology not only to get strong, but to move better and lift for the long-term.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

If you are interested in enquiring with our coach, fill out an application form through the website. Once complete, this will be reviewed by our coaching team. Providing there is room for you to begin working with us, we will reach out to you to have a further conversation. We want to know more about you as the lifter and what you expect from us.

Once we've had a chat and both parties agree to progress the enquiry, we will get you set-up with our custom programming tailored to you and provide you with a rationale of why we have prescribed what we have.

£140 per calendar month

(Student rate £120pm)
